Annika Weaver has been a certified residential appraiser for over 12 years and is also a licensed Residential Appraisal Instructor in the state of Florida. She is passionate about the development of quality appraiser education and has the desire to help appraisers and other real estate professionals become more knowledgeable through education and informational services.

Beyond work Annika enjoys spending time with her family, writing, and volunteering for her children’s school and for local non-profit organizations committed to improving Orlando and the people who live here.
